When to go
Best time to visit Malaysia
December to April. Langkawi and the west coast are driest from December to April. Kuala Lumpur is warm and humid all year, with short afternoon showers.

- Langkawi is duty-free: chocolates, perfume and liquor cost less than in the rest of Malaysia.
- Keep RM 23 per person in cash for the lake and jetty fees on the island-hopping tour.
- At the Batu Caves, cover shoulders and knees; sarongs are available at the entrance.
- Malaysia's tourism tax is paid at the hotel at check-out.

How many days do you need for Malaysia?
Three nights is enough for either Langkawi or Kuala Lumpur with Genting; four nights covers both, flying between them.
Are the prices in rupees?
Our Malaysia prices are in US dollars per person and are payable in rupees at the day's exchange rate; GST (5%) and TCS are added.
Are flights included?
No. Prices are land only; we quote flights from Mumbai, and the Langkawi–Kuala Lumpur flight, separately.
Is Malaysia good for families?
Yes. Genting's theme parks, Langkawi's cable car and the adventure park suit families; ask us for children's prices.
