Bali with two nights in Labuan Bajo, gateway to Komodo National Park: a full day by speedboat to Padar, Komodo, Pink Beach, Manta Point and Rinca, to see Komodo dragons and snorkel. Back in Bali, sunset and the Kecak dance at Uluwatu.

Day 1

Arrive in Bali

Welcome to Bali. Our representative meets you at Ngurah Rai International Airport in Denpasar and drives you to your hotel. The rest of the day is yours to settle in, have a swim and rest after the flight.

Day 2

Fly to Labuan Bajo

After breakfast, transfer to the airport for your flight to Labuan Bajo on Flores (about 1 hour 15 minutes; the flight is not in the package price and we book it for you). You are met on arrival and taken to your hotel. The rest of the day is free; the harbour front is good for a sunset walk.

Day 3

Komodo National Park by speedboat

Leave at about 7:00 by speedboat. First Padar Island, where a short, steep climb gives the famous view over three bays. Then Komodo Island, for a walk with a ranger to see Komodo dragons in the wild. After a packed lunch, swim and snorkel at Pink Beach, then Manta Point, where you may see manta rays if the sea allows. Last stop is Rinca Island for another ranger walk, before sailing back to Labuan Bajo in the late afternoon.

Day 4

Fly back to Bali

After breakfast, transfer to Labuan Bajo airport for your flight back to Bali (not included). You are met at Ngurah Rai airport and taken to your hotel for a free afternoon.

Day 5

Uluwatu Temple and the Kecak dance

A slow morning, then in the late afternoon your driver takes you to Uluwatu Temple, set on a cliff high above the Indian Ocean. At sunset, watch the Kecak fire dance, a retelling of the Ramayana sung by a circle of men, with the sea behind them. Back to your hotel after the show. Hold on to hats and glasses: the temple's monkeys are quick.

Leave Bali

Breakfast, and time to relax or shop until your driver takes you to the airport for your flight home.

Package cost

Price per person in US dollars. Twin share is per adult with two sharing a room; the single supplement is added to the twin-share price for a guest in a room alone. Land only.

Rates in US Dollars per person, minimum two adults travelling together. GST 5% and TCS extra as per Government of India rules. Payable in INR at the prevailing exchange rate.

Good to know

• Rates are per person in US dollars, valid 1 November 2026 to 31 March 2027, for at least two adults travelling together.
• We confirm the Komodo National Park entry and ranger fees for your dates when you book.
• The speedboat day depends on weather and sea conditions; the boat crew may change the order of stops or skip one for safety.
• Padar's viewpoint is a steep climb of about 30 minutes on steps. Carry water, a hat and reef-safe sunscreen.
• No check-in or check-out on 31 December 2026, or on 8 March 2027 (Nyepi, Bali's Day of Silence, when the airport and roads close for 24 hours).
• Hotels add a surcharge over Christmas and New Year and on some dates in March, and most charge for a compulsory gala dinner on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. We quote these for your dates.
• Hotels apply stricter cancellation terms over the Christmas and New Year peak. We share them before you pay.
• N/A in the price table means the room cannot take a third person or a child; we can quote a second room or a larger room.
• Child rates are for a child sharing a room with two adults; each hotel sets its own age limits.
• Services not used on the trip are not refundable.
• Indian passport holders get a visa on arrival or an e-VOA, and pay Bali's tourist levy. Your passport must be valid for six months beyond your return date.

When to go

April to October. The dry season, with sunny days and calm seas. November to March is the wet season: warm, green, with short heavy showers.

Cancellation policy & payment terms

• Flights, trains and houseboats are paid in full at the time of ticketing or confirmation.
• Payments by bank transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS), UPI or cheque in favour of TripRoutes. Card payments may carry a convenience fee.
• GST 5% is charged on the package cost as per government rules. On international holidays, TCS also applies as per government rules.
• Cancellation charges are per person, counted from the date of departure.
• Cancellations must be sent in writing by email or WhatsApp; the date we receive it is the cancellation date.
• Air and train tickets are refunded as per the airline / railway rules, plus our service charge.
• Visa fees, insurance premiums and non-refundable hotel or houseboat bookings (peak dates, special events) are not refundable.
• Refunds are processed within 15 working days of receiving supplier refunds.
• There is no refund for services not used during the holiday.
• Hotels may ask for a refundable security deposit at check-in, paid directly to the hotel.
• Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
• TripRoutes is not liable for changes caused by weather, strikes, roadblocks, flight delays or government orders; extra costs arising are payable by the guest.
