No meals included today Overnight: South Bali
Day 2Ubud and Kintamani
A full day inland. Walk through the Sacred Monkey Forest, visit Ubud Palace and browse the art market opposite. Then up to Kintamani on the crater rim, for the view of Mount Batur and its lake, before the drive back to your hotel.

A day at your own pace. Stay by the pool, walk to the beach, book a spa, or ask us to add an optional tour or a guide.

Day 4Tanah Lot, on to Ubud
Check out after breakfast and drive to your Ubud hotel, stopping at Tanah Lot, the sea temple on a rock just offshore. Check in and have the rest of the day free; Ubud is lovely for an evening walk and dinner.

Day 5Uluwatu Temple and the Kecak dance
A slow morning, then in the late afternoon your driver takes you to Uluwatu Temple, set on a cliff high above the Indian Ocean. At sunset, watch the Kecak fire dance, a retelling of the Ramayana sung by a circle of men, with the sea behind them. Back to your hotel after the show. Hold on to hats and glasses: the temple's monkeys are quick.

Breakfast Overnight: Ubud
Day 6A free day in Bali
